Refund policy

At Bhuv, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail, quality, and fit. Due to the nature of our production process, we maintain a strict but fair policy to uphold our standards.

1. General Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on any items once an order has been confirmed and processed.

However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a piece that meets our quality standards and will gladly assist with eligible exchanges or adjustments where applicable.

2. Exchanges (Ready-to-Wear Items Only)

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Original packaging and tags must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

Eligible exchanges include:

Size adjustments (where possible)

Exchange for another available size (subject to stock availability)

Note: Clients are responsible for all return and re-delivery logistics unless the issue is from our end.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

Custom-made or made-to-measure outfits

Altered pieces after delivery

Items purchased on sale or during promotions

Orders where incorrect measurements were provided by the client

4. Quality Assurance & Damages

All pieces go through strict quality control before dispatch.

If you receive an item with a verified defect or production fault, please:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos/videos as evidence

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will:

Repair the item, or

Offer an exchange (where repair is not possible)

5. Fit & Sizing Disclaimer

We provide detailed sizing guidance to help you make the best selection.

Slight variations in fit may occur depending on fabric and design

We are not liable for sizing issues if the selected size aligns with our size guide

Minor alterations can often be accommodated at a cost

6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.

7. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where:

An item is unavailable after purchase

We are unable to repair or replace a confirmed defective item

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
