By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence, or have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making purchases or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may vary depending on your device and display settings.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been processed and accepted. Once confirmed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations.

Prices do not include shipping, duties, or taxes unless otherwise stated. These will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
We ship globally, and while we aim to make the experience seamless, customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges may apply depending on your location. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and remain the responsibility of the customer.
SECTION 6 — MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some Bhuv pieces are made to order, including sold-out styles, custom sizing, and selected designs. Each garment is created with intention once your order is confirmed.
Production timelines vary depending on the piece and will be communicated during your consultation.
Due to the nature of this process, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except in the case of an error on our part.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site—including designs, images, text, graphics, and branding—is the property of Bhuv and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
